'found' notice about it in 50 words. 

4. Write an application to the principal of your school requesting him to grant you full fee-concession. 

5. Write a letter to your father to send you some money to buy some important books for your annual examination.

Autumn Break Homework for Class XA & XB (English) 2024-25

1. Read & revise all the chapters taken up in the class & prepare all question-answers. 

2. Write an email to the Principal of your school requesting him to grant you five days' leave to attend your sister's marriage. 

3. Write a descriptive paragraph on computer in 100 words. 

4. You bought a Samsung fully automatic washing machine from KBM electronics Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. After a month only, it developed a great noise and its spin button is also not working. Write a letter a of complaint to the sales manager of KBM electronics. You are Medha/Manas, 226 B, Pandav Nagar, Delhi. 

5. Increase in the number of private vehicles has caused problems like rising air pollution, traffic jams, lack of parking space, road rage etc. The solution lies in the use of public transport. Write an article in about 120 words on 'The Importance of Public Transport'. Use the ideas that you may have gathered from MCB Unit 4: Environment.
